As your District Attorney, my staff and I are committed to serving the citizens of St. Clair County in the administration of justice by the enforcement of the criminal laws of the State of Alabama. It is our duty to prosecute those that have violated the law and ensure that justice is done. As such, we serve as ministers of justice to ensure that guilt shall not escape nor innocence suffer.

The Office of the District Attorney for St. Clair County is comprised of two offices, one serving the southern part of the county in Pell City and one serving the northern part of the county in Ashville. In both offices, we work alongside law enforcement to seek justice for victims and their families; this is our highest priority. Within my office, we have dedicated staff to help individuals and businesses who need our services. Our Victim Service Officers are advocates for victims and provide personal assistance throughout the criminal process. In addition, the Office offers a broad range of programs to meet various needs of our community. We help collect restitution for individuals and businesses as well as providing assistance to victims of domestic and child abuse.
